RETURN & REFUND POLICY — Modern Building Material Company (MBM)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MBM online store. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

RETURN WINDOW

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is covered under manufacturer warranty.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase
  • The item must not be on the non-returnable list below

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

REFUNDS FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS

Since all orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account details you provide. Please allow 3-5 business days for the transfer to be completed after your return is received and inspected.

If you prefer store credit instead of a bank transfer, please let us know and we will apply the credit to your next order.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, variant, or product, please contact us directly. We will do our best to arrange a direct exchange without requiring you to place a separate order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A photo or video of the item showing the issue
  • Your order number or proof of purchase

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Return shipping for damaged or incorrect items is covered by MBM.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

All Milwaukee products sold through mbm-jo.com are genuine and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If your product develops a fault after our 7-day return window but within the warranty period, please contact us to initiate a warranty claim:

Warranty coverage is subject to Milwaukee's manufacturer terms and does not cover damage from misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or special-order products
  • Items that have been used, installed, or modified
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Sale items and clearance products
  • Gift cards
