Thank you for shopping at MBM online store — the official agent for Milwaukee Tools in Jordan. Below are the terms and conditions that govern shipping and delivery for all orders placed through mbm-jo.com.
DELIVERY COVERAGE
We currently deliver to all governorates across Jordan. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If we are experiencing high order volume, processing may take an additional day. We will contact you by phone or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
After your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Amman: 1 business day
- Other governorates: 2-3 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier capacity. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed.
SHIPPING RATES
- Standard delivery: 3 JOD flat rate across Jordan
- Free shipping: Orders totaling 150 JOD or more qualify for free shipping
- Bulky or heavy items (over 10 KG): Additional shipping fees may apply. You will be informed of any extra charges before your order is dispatched. Contact us for details if needed before ordering.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND UPDATES
Once your order is placed, you will receive:
- An order confirmation by email
- A dispatch notification by WhatsApp once your order has been shipped, including your order invoice
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
All orders are paid in cash upon delivery. Please ensure that you or an authorized person is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:
- Our delivery team will attempt to contact you to arrange a suitable time
- If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse
- Return shipping costs for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability may be charged

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
WARRANTY
All Milwaukee products sold through mbm-jo.com are genuine and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. For warranty claims, please contact us directly at the details above. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear and tear.
