SECTION 6 — CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) TERMS

Our primary payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD). By placing an order with COD, you agree to the following:

  • You or an authorized representative must be present at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order in cash at the time of delivery.
  • If you refuse delivery without a valid reason or are not present at the time of delivery, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Repeated refusals may result in your account being restricted from future COD orders.
  • Return shipping costs for refused deliveries may be charged to the customer.

SECTION 7 — WARRANTY

MBM is the official authorized agent for Milwaukee Tools in Jordan. All Milwaukee products purchased through mbm-jo.com are genuine and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
